Treasury Holdings
Treasury Holdings is one of both Ireland’s and China’s most successful property companies. They along with their Shanghai based CREO, have a rapidly expanding portfolio of properties and developments in China. For the Shanghai office design, we developed the core idea of an established but modern art “museum” public area to house their valuable and growing collections. We recycled old timbers from historic Shanghai combined with open glass, modern and subtle stone to create the feeling of integrity, strength and appreciation. The back office has a colorful meeting room/library hub that supports creative internal team meetings. Their office is located on the top floor of The Treasury Building on Hua Shan Lu.
